With 24 years of experience within the yachting world as a leading broker, and an outstanding record of selling on every continent in the world (apart from Antarctica!), Spencer will be able to find you your perfect yacht with ease! From curating a new build to the intricacies of finding your dream brokerage yacht, Spencer has you covered. Make sure to enjoy a round of golf with him while you chat about your next vessel!

Having previously run a global yacht charter agency and curated events for a high-profile brand across Europe, it is safe to say that with her 17 years experience in the industry, Jen is the perfect person to plan your yacht charter. With an impeccable eye for detail, a can-do attitude and an air of calm, she is highly experienced in creating forever memories for even the most discerning clientele.

With a background in luxury marketing & Events and a passion for all things yachting, Olivia brings a fresh yet refined approach to the world of yachting. She combines creativity with a deep understanding of client expectations. From crafting the brand at its earliest stages to building a strong presence across Europe, Olivia ensures the brand’s values and distinctive style shine through in every interaction.

Tom grew up in Lymington, surrounded by the sea and a strong yachting community, making a career on the water a natural path. After years working onboard and travelling, he discovered his passion lay in client relationships and helping others experience the joy of yachting. Now part of the Brown’s International sales team, Tom brings energy, professionalism, and first-hand industry knowledge to every client interaction.
