XANADU
This 2012 Sunseeker Manhattan 73 presents a well specified example of this popular flybridge model. Offering spacious accommodation, strong performance, and a number of recent upgrades, she is configured for comfortable private use while retaining the option for professional crew operation. Key highlights include four guest cabins, dedicated crew accommodation, hydraulic bathing platform with tender, gyro stabilisation and electric bimini.
Externally, the Manhattan 73 offers generous and well-designed outdoor spaces for both cruising and entertaining. The yacht benefits from new teak decking to the bathing platform, side decks, and forward areas, enhancing both aesthetics and practicality. A hydraulic bathing platform provides effortless access to the water and supports the included Williams 385 tender (2013).
Wide side decks lead forward to the bow, while the aft cockpit and flybridge provide comfortable areas for relaxing at anchor or underway. The exterior presentation has been further refreshed with new vinyl wrapping, giving the yacht a clean and updated appearance.
The interior layout is arranged to accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins, served by three bathrooms, with the addition of a separate day head for guests. The main saloon is bright and inviting, enhanced by a vinyl interior finish and updated televisions installed in all cabins and the saloon.
The galley has been upgraded with a new American-style refrigerator, improving storage and usability for extended stays on board. An onboard Wi-Fi network ensures reliable connectivity throughout the yacht. Aft crew accommodation consists of two single berths with private head and TV, allowing for discreet and practical crew operation.
Powered by twin MTU 10V 2000 M94 diesel engines producing 1,600 hp each, the Manhattan 73 delivers confident cruising performance with predictable handling through her shaft-drive propulsion. Onboard power is provided by twin 27 kVA generators, ensuring reliable operation both underway and at anchor. Manoeuvring is enhanced by a JLS docking system, including a third control station on the starboard side for improved visibility during close-quarters handling.
