ASSEGAI
This 2017 Princess V40, ASSEGAI, pairs Princess’s well-regarded V-Class hull with an extensive specification including air conditioning, generator, joystick control and hydraulic passerelle. She has low engine hours for her age, a new bimini and bow cushions this year, and EU VAT paid. Currently based in Mallorca, her berth is available by continuation, a valuable option given the limited availability of good berths on the island!
The cockpit features a wet bar with Kenyon electric BBQ, sink and fridge freezer, while the aft seating has a sliding backrest to create a large sunpad. A retractable sunroof opens the helm and cockpit to the sky, with a new bimini for shade at anchor and a full-height Sunbrella cockpit cover for cooler evenings. Teak-laid side decks and foredeck lead to a forward sunpad with new cushions. An Opacmare hydraulic hi/lo bathing platform and hydraulic passerelle with folding handrails sit aft, alongside low-level white LED lighting, twin blue underwater lights and upgraded heavier anchor and chain.
Below deck, Alba Oak Satin joinery, white headlinings, timber saloon flooring and large hull windows create a light interior. The saloon has U-shaped Ice White leather seating, dining table and 28" TV. The L-shaped galley includes a Carrera White worktop, two-burner ceramic hob, combination oven/microwave/grill, fridge freezer and overhead storage. The forward owner’s cabin has a double berth, dressing table, skylight, 28" TV and Fusion audio, with a Jack and Jill bathroom with shower. The aft guest cabin has twin berths with sliding double conversion, sofa, full-height wardrobe and 22" TV. Reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating serves the saloon, cabins and bathroom.
Twin Volvo Penta D6-330 diesel engines drive Duoprop sterndrives, with joystick control and a bow thruster. Navigation includes a Raymarine chartplotter and GPS, p70R autopilot, HD colour radar and aft docking camera. An Onan 6kW generator with Hydrohush exhaust provides comfort at anchor.
