Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Brown´s International will take no liability for the condition and quality of yachts sold and listed. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, Brown’s International does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy of the information or the current condition of the vessel. Interested parties are encouraged to instruct a surveyor of his choosing to investigate all available details to ensure accurate info is provided and the yacht is in the condition that the buyer wants prior to purchase. Any vessel marketed by ourselves is subject to prior sale, price reduction or can be removed from sale without giving prior notice.

5. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Brown´s International against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses incurred or suffered by Brown´s International arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these Terms.

6. Termination of Service

The term of Service will continue for as long as you use Brown´s International or until you or we terminate it. In the event of account cancellation or termination, you will lose all data to your account.

Brown´s International claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
