SAVAGE MONKEY
Competitively priced Axopar just arrived to the market, serious offers welcome!
The Axopar 37 Sun Top captures the brand’s utilitarian “go-anywhere” spirit in a versatile and well-balanced layout. This 2018 model SAVAGE MONKEY, finished in a light grey hull, is powered by twin Mercury Verado 350 hp outboards, cruising comfortably at 30 knots and reaches speeds of around 43 knots. Supported by Axopar’s renowned twin-stepped deep-V hull for efficiency, agility, and a soft ride in mixed conditions, she offers the perfect middle ground between the open and enclosed XC, providing all-weather practicality without losing the sense of connection to the water.
A retractable canvas roof under the fixed Sun Top allows adaptable protection in sun, heat, or bad weather, while wide walkaround flexiteek decks ensure safe movement. The cockpit features seven seats arranged around a folding glossy teak table, creating a comfortable space for dining or entertaining. Two pull-out fridges and Fusion cockpit speakers enhance the onboard experience, while a large aft sunpad and forward sunbed offer plenty of space to relax.
Storage is generous, with dedicated lockers for water sports and diving gear. SAVAGE MONKEY also benefits from bespoke protective cushion covers, along with fitted cockpit and aft sunpad covers for winter storage or when not in use.
Below deck, the 37 Sun Top offers a bright forward cabin with a double berth, enclosed toilet compartment, and practical storage finished in light oak tones. A guest cabin beneath the aft sunpad provides an additional double berth, ideal for short stays or family cruising. Dometic air conditioning and heating (shore power controlled) maintain comfort across seasons, while a compact galley setup and fridge provide convenience for overnight trips.
Performance is delivered by twin Mercury Verado 350 hp engines paired with Mercury Active Trim for automatic efficiency and control. Navigation and monitoring are handled via two Garmin chartplotters and a Mercury engine display at the helm, giving clear visibility of all operating data. The twin-stepped hull ensures optimal fuel economy and smooth handling across a range of speeds, making this a confident and capable performer in coastal or offshore conditions.
Additional onboard systems include shore-power connection, battery charger, Fusion audio system, electric windlass, and bow thruster with dual stations for easy manoeuvring.
